Signatures and Registered Agent Consent:
- All Wyoming business filings necessitate original signatures.

Initial Filings:
- While mailing your initial filing is an option, consider using a faster service like FedEx or UPS for quicker processing.
- The Wyoming Secretary of State’s address for filings is included below (applicable for both regular mail and expedited services). Important Note: Don’t mail your filing until you receive the signed registered agent consent form from Monarch Registered Agents.
- You can complete the filing paperwork in advance, include the consent form once received, make copies for your records, and then mail everything together.
- Provide an email address for electronic filing confirmation by the Secretary of State.
Certified Copies and Apostilles (For International Use):

Ongoing Filings:
- Annual reports are mandatory. The due date falls on the first day of the month your Wyoming company was originally filed.
- Example: If your filing date was February 12th, 2001, your first annual report would be due on February 1st, 2002, and every subsequent February 1st thereafter.
- When filing online, remember to designate a company representative for the filing to avoid including your personal name on public records. The online filing fee is $62. Annual Meeting Minutes:
